Rachel is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds Master’s degrees from Boston College and the University of Washington MEDEX Physician Assistant program. She brings decades of cultivated experiences ranging from time in outdoor eduction, wilderness medicine education, classroom teaching, NOLS instruction and clinical emergency medicine. Since becoming a PA, Rachel has been devoted to providing high quality compassionate care.

Rachel specializes in helping women navigate peri/menopause using a variety of modalities, including HRT. As a lifelong athlete, she understands how to stay active, fit and healthy in a body navigating hormonal changes. When not helping others, you have equal chance of finding Rachel on her bike, hiking remote mountain trails, on her yoga mat, baking fresh breads and pastries or putting a new record on the turntable. New music recommendations always accepted.
