Rachel Drayer PA-C
Certified Menopause Provider
Rachel is a certified Physician Assistant who graduated from the University of Washington’s MEDEX program. She has decades of experience in outdoor education, wilderness medicine with NOLS, classroom teaching, and emergency medicine. Rachel helps women through peri‑ and menopause using multiple modalities of normone and non-hormone based therapy. A lifelong athlete, she knows how to stay active and healthy while managing hormonal changes. Outside clinic she bikes, hikes with her dog Vesper, climbs, does yoga, bakes, and loves digging through vinyl in record shops.
Kalie Thompson PA-C
A certified Physician Assistant and graduate of Emory University School of Medicine, Kalie combines her experience in Primary Care medicine with her passion for peri/menopause care . This passion grew from repeatedly seeing women’s midlife symptoms overlooked, dismissed, and misdiagnosed. As an Academy for Advanced Women’s Health Medicine trained clinician, she is committed to helping women feel heard, supported, and feeling their best through every stage of midlife and beyond. Outside of clinic, she enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, traveling and being active with her Corgie, Louie.
Holly Pickens RT(R)
A radiation technician certified by the AART, Holly brings over 15 years of experience in radiologic imaging to Vitality. She embodies the importance of leading an active lifestyle and loves bringing her blend of medical and imaging knowledge to the clinic. When not ensuring proper placements of Emface pads, Emsculpt paddles and DEXA scans, Holly is often supporting her sons in whichever sport is currently in season and spending as much time on the lake with her friends and family as possible.
Kaylee Burnett
Kaylee is a patient care coordinator at Vitality and comes from a background in accounting, finance, and administration. Working at Vitality sparked her interest in healthcare and she recently became an EMT. She is excited to continue in the healthcare field while supporting Vitality’s clients in their own health journey. When not at Vitality or the wedding venue she and her husband own, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of life in the valley.
Doug Stroop PA-C
Doug is a certified Physician Assistant and a University of Washington MEDEX graduate. He began his medical career as an EMT in Leavenworth and has over a decade of experience in prehospital care, internal medicine, and urgent care. and his own personal experience with TRT. Doug is direct and honest with men about midlife changes and how to improve their health. Outside clinic he’s at the gym, riding his motorcycle, supporting his son’s soccer, or working on home projects.
Connor English PA-C
A Certified Physician Assistant and graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Connor brings a passion for blending evidence-based medicine with a healthy lifestyle. He values learning and teaching others about the roles exercise, nutrition, and sustainable habits play in improving overall health. Outside of clinic, Connor enjoys spending a ridiculous amount of time on the pickleball court, hiking with his Golden Retriever Bonnie, and traveling with friends and family.
Tori Stutzman
Tori is a patient care coordinator at Vitality. She creates a welcoming, positive experience for every patient who walks through the door. She takes pride in helping things run smoothly and making sure each visit feels comfortable, organized, and supportive from start to finish. She loves seeing firsthand how quality care can truly transform lives and improve overall well-being. Outside of the office, Tori enjoys spending time with her family, making the most of every season whether it’s skiing at Mission Ridge or soaking up time together on the river.
